The Canadian Trucking Alliance is asking its members to donate to the Red Cross to help thousands of people who have been affected by the Fort McMurray fire in Alberta, Canada. The CTA has a membership of 4,500 Canadian motor carriers and will kick off the donations by contributing $12,000 to the Red Cross Alberta Fires donation appeal.
