Investigators believe an East Tennessee truck driver was under the influence and speeding at the time of a fatal five-vehicle crash in Southern Maine, according to the Associated Press. A grand jury in Knox County, Maine indicted 54-year-old Randall Weddle on two counts of manslaughter and two counts of aggravated criminal operating under the influence on April 29. The indictment wasn’t made public until after the Greenville man was arrested in Virginia on Friday.
