Illinois Valley Community College will offer its 10-credit Truck Driver Training course from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday beginning June 20 and July 18. The four-week, 160-hour program combines classroom presentation and hands-on experience leading to a Class A commercial driver's license with all endorsements. Students will gain valuable behind-the-wheel training and log book, map reading, backing, shifting and maneuvering skills.
