Rush Enterprises has acquired the Ford franchise rights and related assets from Transwest Truck Center Las Vegas, allowing the company to sell medium-duty Ford commercial vehicles at its Las Vegas, Nev., dealership location. Rush Truck Center-Las Vegas will join six other Rush locations that also offer Ford commercial vehicles.
