A semi-truck driver suspected of driving drunk was arrested early Friday after going the wrong way on C.F. Hawn Freeway for several miles. The tractor-trailer was first spotted about 2:45 a.m. going west in the eastbound lanes of the freeway on the boundary between Dallas and Seagoville.
