Omni Holdings offshoot Omni Specialized will be in full operation after it acquired the flatbed assets of Tennant Truck Lines, the company announced. The Tennant Truck Lines name and authority will continue to operate, as a van carrier, under the ownership of Josh Kaburick, who's also the owner and CEO of E.L. Henderson Trucking.
