A Maryland truck driver is jailed after arguing with his wife , beating her and ditching her on the shoulder of Interstate 78 in Glendon Borough before driving off, Pennsylvania State Police in Belfast said. Lovins Miller Delva, 28, of Salisbury, at 4:14 p.m. Aug. 6 allegedly began arguing with his wife.
