A shocked driver has described the moment he caught a Perth trucker eating a bowl of noodles at the wheel as he sped down the freeway. A motorist who gave his name only as Justin told Radio 6PR that he spotted the trucker making his way along Kwinana Freeway on Tuesday morning.
