A 48-year-old Virginian truck driver has been identified at the victim of a fatal fuel truck crash that closed part of Interstate 81 in Franklin County for more than 12 hours. William Golladay of Mount Jackson died when his tractor-trailer overturned and caught fire around 6 p.m. Thursday just south of Exit 20 in Greene Township, state police said Friday afternoon.
