KJM Capital, an Orlando, Fla.-based private equity firm, has acquired refrigerated carriers Interide Transport and Blue Sky Logistics in separate transactions. Salt Lake City, Utah-based Interide Transport specializes in transporting refrigerated food products and other protected cargo in the western U.S. It maintains a fleet of over 100 tractors and refrigerated trailers.
