Born at Simrail of Siddhirganj upazila in Narayanganj, Nur Hossain used to be a helper to a trucker in late 70's. But since the late 80's, Nur, now convicted of the abduction and killing of Narayanganj City panel mayor Nazrul Islam and six others, amassed huge wealth at home and abroad with blessings from major political parties.
