A. When emergency protocols go into effect, drivers need to know where to go, and they also need to know what to do if they can no longer get there. Just as with all other fleet policies, drivers should be provided with a clear understanding of emergency procedures on day one: what the expectations are for working during weather events, where to take their vehicles, and what support systems are in place such as roadside assistance, rentals, and fuel access.
