
Ordering vehicles off the internet isn’t new in today’s fast-paced e-commerce environment. But, what is new in the truck industry is Rainier is trying to create a better working relationship with dealers, customers, and the factory utilizing it to everyone’s advantage.
Rainier dealers and customers both utilize the companies factory website to order trucks anytime and anywhere 24/7 as long as there is a hot spot.
With just a few clicks regarding what model or options they want, a truck can be ordered by anyone in a few minutes and take delivery at their nearest Rainier dealer.
The Rainier brand is the only truck OEM with an order drop-down menu on its website for both the dealer and retail customer.
With a starting MSRP of $37,185, the trucks will be powered by the Cummins 6.7L diesel, rated at 300 hp and 600 lb.-ft. of torque or the 6.4L HEMI that achieves 370 hp and 429 lb.-ft of torque, which is standard on the Class 4-5 models. A 6.7L Cummins diesel engine that achieves 325 hp and 750 lb.-ft. of torque will be standard on the Class 6-7 models. In addition, load leveling air suspensions will be standard on all models.
