New analysis from the Diesel Technology Forum shows continued diesel dominance for freight transport. A state-by-state analysis, too, shows some evidence California’s in-use Truck & Bus Rule’s rolling deadlines have created a “perverse incentive” not to upgrade well prior to deadlines, though efficiency boosts have been substantial.
