The intersection of I-95 and State Route 4 near the George Washington Bridge in Fort Lee, New Jersey, is the worst freight bottleneck in the country, according to ATRI. A rest area along I-4 in Florida will be converted to trucks-only. A portion of I-70 in Kansas City will close in both directions this weekend.
