More than $18 million worth of meth and other narcotics were found in a load of broccoli at the U.S.-Mexico border in Texas. An Illinois-based carrier announced it will close a Wisconsin terminal, laying off 61 drivers. A driver was named a Highway Angel for helping prevent an accident.
