ATA’s lawsuit over truck tolls in Rhode Island will remain in federal court after a U.S. appeals court denied a petition from the Rhode Island DOT. Motion Picture Compliance Solutions requests that its member companies not be required to conduct a full query of the clearinghouse when hiring a driver.
