From advocacy efforts ongoing around allowing auto-issue and electronic permitting and development of software from third-party services to carriers, more simplicity in states’ regulatory and tech approaches to permitting could ultimately result in more practical oversize/overweight routing — and plenty savings for over-dimensional owner-ops.
