Diesel prices have increased for the 13th week in a row, and Monday’s increase is not going to ease anyone’s concerns. In fact, diesel jumped another 14 cents to $3.716 a gallon for the week ending Monday, Feb. 28, according to the U.S. Energy Information Administration.
