Today, East St. Louis Police named a person of interest in the murder investigation of truck driver Truman L. Smith. Smith, 40, of Irondale, MO, was fatally shot during an apparent robbery outside the gates of Fresh Warehousing in East St. Louis, IL, where he was scheduled to deliver his load on Feb. 17.
