East St. Louis Police say they are still investigating the murder of truck driver Truman L. Smith, who was fatally shot during an apparent robbery on Feb. 17. East St. Louis Police Det. Orlando Ward told Land Line on Friday, March 4, that they have a person of interest still in custody, but that a second person of interest has been released.
