When Swift Transportation Co. was forced to change its lease years ago as a result of a class-action lawsuit filed by OOIDA and 10 of its owner-operator members, it wasn’t quite the end of it. Here’s an update on a recent ruling from the appeals court for the Ninth Circuit in San Francisco.
