Some reefer haulers may get additional options and/or time to comply with California’s reefer regulation. The California Air Resources Board announced this week that it was reaching out to trade associations in an effort to add exemptions and expansions of its Transportation Refrigeration Unit regulation, also known as the reefer rule.
