Pat Quinn Receives Posthumous TCA Past Chairmen’s Award

The Truckload Carriers Association presented its Past Chairmen’s Award posthumously to Pat Quinn, co-chairman and president of U.S. Xpress Enterprises , Chattanooga, Tenn.
