The northbound and southbound Santa Ana Freeway between Valley View Avenue and Carmenita Road will be fully closed the night of April 17 from 11:45 p.m. to 4 a.m. On ramps will be closed from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m, according to the California Department of Transportation .
