Bond was set at $100,000 Wednesday for a dump truck driver accused of causing a chain reaction crash that killed a man near La Crosse. 36-year-old Francis Rychtik Senior of Arpin was charged with 5 felonies in a July pileup that killed 29-year-old Jason Songer of La Crescent Minnesota.
