A Brampton truck driver has been charged with having an insecure load after a tractor-trailer tipped over in Lakeshore, Ontario last Wednesday. OPP officers say the truck was eastbound on Essex County Road 22 at 1:55 p.m. when the driver attempted to turn south onto Patillo Road.
