Working a 12-hour shift as a waitress at a truck stop can be tiring experience for anybody, but being knocked flat by a massive lorry tyre was the last thing Russian woman Valeria Ibrahimova had in mind when she turned up for work this week. The 38-year-old had been serving fried breakfasts and coffee to truck drivers when the wheel came off a cement mixer driving past outside and flew through the wooden wall of the building and hit the waitress who was standing at the bar at the time.
