PHOENIX – A 54-year-old truck driver has been arrested in a fatal chain collision that closed Interstate 17 in northwest Phoenix during Wednesday’s morning commute. The state Department of Public Safety says Brian J. Knoll of Phoenix was booked into a Maricopa County jail on suspicion of second-degree murder.
