A truck driver who initiated a chain-reaction crash two years ago that killed six people in northern New York has been found guilty of reckless driving. Forty-six-year-old James Mills Jr., of Myerstown, Pennsylvania, also was found guilty Saturday in Antwerp Town Court of failure to reduce speed for a hazard.
