A New Jersey truck driver has been charged with homicide by vehicle for a May 12 crash that killed three people, including a York County couple, on Interstate 78 in Berks County. Vincente Espinvera, 56, of Belleville, was additionally charged Wednesday with counts of aggravated assault by vehicle, involuntary manslaughter, reckless endangerment, and numerous summary offenses, state police said in a news release.
