More than 30 years after HIV/ AIDS was first detected in Uganda, risky sexual behaviours are still rampant, threatening to increase HIV infections again. As the world marks the World AIDS Day on Monday December 1 New Vision highlights some of the trouble spots, with particular emphasis on the trade routes used by long-distance truck drivers.
