An intense FBI investigation is underway in New Kent County, after a possible kidnapping victim was allegedly rescued. The situation unfolded at the Pilot truck stop, off Route 106 near Interstate 64. The reported victim is a young woman, who might have been purposely burned with an iron, according to the Chronicle newspaper, out of New Kent and Charles City.
