State Police on Tuesday announced the arrest of a Canadian truck driver, more than a year after the fatal accident that killed Trooper David Cunniff. Gary R. Blakley, 66, of Ontario Province, was charged with three felonies – aggravated criminally negligent homicide, aggravated manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide – as well as misdemeanor reckless driving, unsafely moving from a lane, operating over allowed hours and log book violations.
