Northampton County Judge Michael Koury revoked Robert Gawne’s $50,000 unsecured bail after he showed 50 minutes late to court and under the influence of medication, defense attorney Christopher Shipman said. Shipman requested the case be delayed for later in the morning until Gawne was fit to assist with the defense, he said.
