Appeal court reduces sentence of man caught smuggling child porn across Emerson crossing

Mantoba’s highest court has slashed the sentence given to a trucker caught smuggling child pornography across the Canadian border. Denys Basov, 38, was arrested in May 2013 at the Emerson crossing.
