Ottawa Police are cracking down on aggressive tow truck drivers who appear at the scene of collisions hoping to score a job. Police have resorted to staging crashes in order to attract the drivers – who can receive a $180 fine under a City By-Law banning them from offering services 100 metres from a collision.
