Ford will provide more details about its aluminum 2016 Super Duty trucks in the fall at the State Fair of Texas, a senior fleet executive told fleet managers who attended the 2016 Model Year Advance Product Meeting in Irvine, Calif. Attendees of the March 18 meeting listened as Don Borthwick, regional sales manager for the West Region, discuss Ford’s plans to incorporate extensive aluminum into its next-generation Super Duty lineup, which includes the F-250, F-350, and F-450 pickups.
