Acting Administrator of the Federal Motor Carrier Administration since the departure last August of FMCSA Administrator Anne Ferro, T.F. Scott Darling will continue in that role but will no longer be titled Acting Administrator, per a statement released to HDT by the Office of the Secretary of Transportation. “In regards to his acting title ending, Secretary Foxx has delegated Scott Darling, the Chief Counsel of FMCSA, the responsibility for performing the duties of the FMCSA Administrator,” stated DOT.
