A Connecticut truck driver is dead after being run over twice by a tractor-trailer in the parking lot of an interstate rest stop. Anderson County Chief Deputy Coroner Charlie Boseman says 53-year-old Garvin Libert of New Haven, Connecticut, was killed at about 4 a.m. Thursday.
