Doug McMurdo Miner Staff Reporter KINGMAN – A truck driver was hauling more than cargo when he was arrested Friday morning on Interstate 40 in Kingman and allegedly found in possession of a fraudulent credit card. Rudik Sargisov, 43, of Glendale was charged with felony counts of theft and fraudulent schemes and artifices, along with two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card.
