A 46-year-old woman was killed when her car was struck by a transport truck which came through Highway 400’s cement barrier early Thursday. OPP say the truck was northbound on the 400, just north of Highway 89, when it lost control at 2:17 a.m., went through the barrier and struck a southbound Ford Mustang, killing the driver, who was the lone occupant.
