Help Inc., is expanding its PrePass weight station bypass service for commercial vehicles into North Carolina, the company has announced. Help Inc., and International Road Dynamics reached an agreement to allow PrePass users to use the service at weigh stations located in Hillsborough, N.C., this summer.
