A third-party CDL tester used by South Carolina has been indicted for giving tests he wasn’t supposed to and skimping on the tests themselves. Thomas Lindsey was indicted by the U.S. District Court in Greenville, S.C., on charges of false statements made related to unauthorized CDL testing, the U.S. Department of Transportation announced.
