The Owner-Operator Independent Driver’s Association is welcoming back Laura O’Neill-Kaumo to its Washington D.C. office as director of government affairs and counsel. She will resume her position leading OOIDA’s DC staff as they pursue efforts on behalf of association members regarding regulatory and legislative issues.
