DELAWARE, Ohio – Police have charged a Tuscarawas County truck driver in the traffic deaths of a Delaware couple last month. Jeremy Sloan, 36, of Sugarcreek, was charged today with two counts of vehicular manslaughter and one count of failing to stop at a traffic light.
