Truck driver Mohammad Younus is on trial in Windsor provincial court on charges related to this July 9, 2013, crash on Highway 101 near Exit 7. The trial of a Montreal trucker charged with dangerous driving causing death and dangerous driving causing bodily harm resumes this morning in Windsor provincial court. The tractor-trailer Younus was driving crashed into the back of a van that had stopped in a construction zone.
