Police have cited a truck driver for speeding in connection with a fiery crash involving four tractor trailers that closed a stretch of Interstate 78 West in Berks County for more than six hours Tuesday afternoon. Gornecki’s tractor trailer was unable to stop in time, striking the vehicle in front of him, causing a chain-reaction crash that eventually involved four tractor trailers, three of which burst into flames, police said.
