A Cleveland truck driver labeled by a prosecutor as a serial killer after being charged with multiple counts of aggravated murder in the slayings of four people is scheduled to appear in court. Forty-five-year-old Robert Rembert Jr. will be arraigned Friday in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court.
