Authorities say the driver of a horse-drawn buggy died when his horse got spooked and turned in front of an oncoming logging truck in north-central Wisconsin. The Clark County Sheriff’s Office says 50-year-old Aaron Newswanger, of rural Dorchester, died at the scene on Highway A west of Dorchester on Thursday afternoon.
